A full day to understand and implement effective tools and techniques
After you have pre-paid for your workshop, you will receive a link to take your on-line assessment (where you can invite up to 20 people to provide anonymous feedback about your behavior style). The assessment results will be reviewed and discussed in class. You do not have to share your own assessment results with others.
Certification process requires class participants to write a five-page paper on the application of The Platinum Rule in their place of business. It can be on a specific project, how it was applied on a project team or in a team setting or other business application. A manager must approve the project. There will be a limit of 45 days after the workshop when papers will be accepted. If it takes longer that 45 days a $100 fee will be required for processing, otherwise a certification will not be provided.
